Corners

How round everything is, from square to fully rounded. Applies to cards, buttons, dialogs and inputs at once.

Typeface

Each choice is a pairing rather than one font: what the interface is set in, what a title is set in, and what a key or a code is set in. All of them are already on your machine, so nothing is fetched and nothing waits.

Board visibility

Anyone with the link can view it. Writing always requires a login or an API token, regardless of this setting.

Retention

Counted in whole days from the day a card is finished, so it leaves at the end of its last day rather than partway through. Archived cards are kept and can be restored. Zero keeps them on the board indefinitely.

Card convention

What a ticket on this board should contain. Agents read it before writing or rewriting a card, through both the MCP tools and the automation payload, so they follow your standard instead of inventing one.

Columns

A WIP limit turns the column's count red once it is exceeded. Deleting a column moves its cards to the first one rather than discarding them.

People

Share this board with an invite code. Editors work the board like you do; viewers can only look. Board settings, invites and this list stay yours.

Agent API tokens

Give one to your agent. It authenticates the REST API and the MCP endpoint at , and reaches every board you can reach — including ones shared with you, with the same rights you have on them.

Automation

Attach a Claude Code routine to a column. A card landing there fires the routine, the agent works and comments on the card, and moving it on fires the next one. Create routines, then paste each one's fire URL and token below.
